The Rexroth variable pump A4VG is mainly used in closed loops. The specific characteristics are as follows:
1. Swash plate type axial piston variable displacement pump for closed circuit hydrostatic transmission;
2. The flow rate is proportional to the drive speed and displacement and can be steplessly variable;
3. The flow increases from zero to its maximum with the swashplate swing angle;
4. The swashplate can be placed in the middle position to smoothly change the flow direction of the liquid flow;
5, a variety of variable methods that are easy to match various control and adjustment systems;
6. The pump is equipped with two relief valves on the high pressure oil side to protect the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor) from overloading;
7. The high pressure relief valve also has the function of a charge valve;
8. The built-in auxiliary pump is used as the charge pump and the control pump;
9. The maximum charge pressure is limited by a built-in charge relief valve;
10. Full range with built-in pressure shut-off valve.
